Battle Grounds Coffee Company - Grinding It

Battle Grounds Coffee Company – Grinding It

Reviewing coffee seemed like an interesting concept. Its something I’ve never done before but I sure do enjoy drinking coffee. Who doesn’t start their day with heart racing levels of caffeine? I know I can’t. Battle Grounds Coffee Company was kind enough to send me three different blends in bean form. I never tried grinding my […]

Top 5 Valentine’s Day Gifts for Gun Lovers

Valentine’s Day is upon us and if you have someone in your life who just loves guns and gear we have the solution for you. Some couples don’t share hobbies, and gun stuff is a very intricate hobby so it can be tricky. It’s hard to even put a list together that doesn’t dive into […]

The Cinturon Belt from Bravo Concealment

The Cinturon Belt from Bravo Concealment

A belt is an important tool in the concealed carriers arsenal. It supports the weapon, gives the holster something to attach to, and of course holds your pants up. Most concealed carriers with a little experience have the salt to invest in a quality belt, specifically a gun belt. Bravo Concealment is well known for […]

Peak Cases: The John Wick approved Shockwave Case

Peak Cases: The John Wick approved Shockwave Case

Cut cases are all the current rage in the firearms industry. Ain’t nobody got time for some generic random cut case. A case cut specifically for your firearm offers greater protection, a more compact package, and a stylish design. Looking cool is half the battle after all. The Peak Cases Shockwave Case is quite gangster for lack […]

Desantis Holsters 2019 Line-up

Desantis Holsters 2019 Line-up

Desantis is a legend is the holster business and plenty Loadout Room Writers love and appreciate the gear they make. I’m a huge fan of the Desantis DSD rig, but that rig is really an oddity. They produce much more traditional holsters for both duty and concealed carry. The new 2019 lineup shows that Desantis […]

The Franklin Armory Providence: The not semi-auto AR rifle

The Franklin Armory Providence: The not semi-auto AR rifle

Franklin Armory is getting a reputation for creativity and defying both conventional wisdom and the idea of how guns need to be made. They also produce a variety of conventional guns, but their show stoppers are the weapons that push the boundaries of both the law and design. The Reformation was last year’s showstopper, and […]

Remington Introduces a folding stock 870

Remington Introduces a folding stock 870

The Remington 870 shotgun needs no introduction. As a shotgun, it has served generation after generations of police officers, home defenders, and hunters. The gun itself has seen tons of different incarnations. It has been used in just about every role a shotgun can be used for. Remington has been updating the platform year after […]

Sol Invictus Pistol Caliber Carbines

Sol Invictus Pistol Caliber Carbines

The good thing about being a writer is I get to be picky about what I publish and cover. My typical rule for things like SHOT Show is Marine owned companies first, then veteran-owned, and then Florida based companies. As a Floridian myself, I tend to identify with companies that bring business to my state. Sol […]

FN SCAR 16S Performance Review

FN SCAR 16S Performance Review

My SCAR 16s review so far has focused on a broad overview of the weapon. Part two will feature how the SCAR 16s handles, shoots, and feels. The intention of my SCAR 16S review is to give shooters on the fence an accurate explanation of the way the weapon functions and handles. I’m trying to avoid […]

The BCS Shotgun Scabbard: Handy for close encounters

“I like to keep this handy for close encounters.” Immortal words from the late Corporal Hicks in the film Aliens. He says this as he removes a short barreled, pistol grip only Ithaca 37 from his shotgun scabbard. The shotgun scabbard as an idea has seen massive popularity with the release and immediate love of […]
