Trijicon 4-16x 50mm Accupower

Trijicon, one of the most recognized names in high-quality tactical optics, has fielded another winner in its 30mm diameter, 4-16×50 Accupower scope. Offering the highest magnification in the new a family of four variable power scopes (1-4×24, 2.5-10×56, 3-9×50 and 4-16×50) the subject model is for the precision marksman looking to get the highest accuracy and longest effective range from his rifle. Built around a 30mm, 14.2 inch, 23.3 ounce aircraft-grade aluminum tube, the robust 4-16×50 Accupower provides a super clear view via its multi-coated, anti-reflective lenses. The scope is available in three different, black chrome etched and filled reticles that offer variable-intensity illumination (red or green options) to suit virtually any lighting conditions. All Accupower models are powered by a CR 2032 battery that can stay at max brightness for over a day (31 hours). Three reticle styles include MOA Crosshair, Mil-Square, and Duplex. As a second focal plane scope, the Accupower reticle remains constant in size over its entire magnification range, offering more precise targeting as the image grows. The 4-16×50 Accupower sports zero-stop, lift-to-adjust turrets that provide 1/4 –MOA or 0.1 mil-radian adjustments, with a generous 80 MOA of travel either way, along with a field of view from just over six all the way to 25.8 feet at 100 yards, as well as adjustable parallax.  In case you need to swim with your optic, the Accupower is waterproof to 10 feet and comes with Trijicon’s limited lifetime warranty. Available from many retailers for under $900, it’s a real bargain. All in all, the 4-16×50 Accupower is an easy pick for an Editors’ Choice Award. Contact Trijicon, Dept.
