Talon Grips Gen2 for Glock Handguns

March 24, 2015 by Scott Witner 9 Comments

In my original review of Talon Grips, we covered the first generation of grips for Glock handguns. Since then, Talon Grips has released their Gen2 grips for Glocks, and these newer grips, in my opinion, far surpass the original. These are by far the best solution for enhancing the grip of your Glock, plus they do not permanently alter the factory grip the way stippling does. This new-and-improved grip design provides fuller coverage at critical grip areas of the gun—much more accurately fit to the gun than could be achieved with skateboard grip tape.

Three finger wraps add additional grip to the finger grooves.

MSRP: $17.99 direct from Talon Grips’ website with free shipping.

Bottom line: For under $20, you can greatly improve the overall handling of your handgun without a permanent change to the frame. Whether you’re a competition shooter, law enforcement officer, military, or civilian concealed carry permit holder, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better solution that is guaranteed to give you that extra edge under any conditions.
