Ergo is stepping up their game in the shotgun department. They produce their famed adapters for AR stocks and pistol grips. My 80 percent lower build wears one of their pistol grips due to its rubber-like nature. Their pump game is on point. I recently picked up the Ergo Shockwave M-LOK Forend. This all aluminum […]
The concept of a company bundling an 80% completed firearm receiver with a kit to finish the product has been around since the ’90’s. The last 10 years have seen a massive increase in both the number of kits and the variety of firearms they’re available for. Defense Distributed (DefDist) is producing the Ghost Gunner […]
Hmm, man I never thought an AR would really excite me. AR 15s are great rifles, but let’s face it, are AR 15s truly exciting? I love them, and I have the collection of rifles, uppers, magazines, and even 80 percent lower jigs and 80 lower builds to prove it. They excite as much as […]
When talking optics, Vortex has always been hands down my favorite. The quality, the craftsmanship, the price point and lastly the customer service is hands down the best in the market. When you buy your first Vortex optic you immediately feel like family from the jump and that’s the best feeling in the world. When […]
The SIRT Pistol Optical Trainer (SPOT) is a very simple and cost-effective way to train for the reflexive optic you may have on your live fire pistol. The SPOT fits on your SIRT slide (110 glockish models) and uses the red trigger take up laser to mimic the dot in a pistol mounted red dot […]

Ride height, cant, and retention are all user adjustable. It has a rear wing that wraps around the hip for added comfort. They are all […]
Miyamoto Musashi authored ‘The Book of Five Rings‘, which rumor has it that it’s recommended reading for DEVGRU operators. Reading the book about DEVGRU operator Adam Brown (Fearless), he mentions having to read The Book of Five Rings. If you haven’t read it, I recommend it. Miyamoto Musashi has some great wisdom that’s applicable to the modern […]
We’re a huge fan of the NeoMag spare mag carry and apparently, so is Pat McNamara. Check out the following video from a few months back when NeoMag visited with Pat McNamara and took part in both shooting and combat strength training. They also had some time to sit and chat with the man himself. […]
Most often, the first company to bring a new class of product to market receives the lions share of attention for the first couple of years. However, it seems to me it’s the company who perfects the system over time who goes down as the ultimate winner. Such may be the case with Dead Foot Arms. […]
While there are many products offering “fixes” for common problems on the market in this- the platinum age of Modern Sporting Rifles- many times a do-it-yourself approach is preferred.  One such problem is that many rifles are a bit over gassed in an attempt to provide the system more energy to cycle thorough dirt and […]
