Sure-Shot Game Calls, manufacturer of the world champion Yentzen duck call, is delighted to announce that they have survived Hurricane Harvey and are now back in production.
Sure-Shot has been through a lot of challenges over the course of its 60+ year history, but nothing more challenging than the fury of the recent hurricane that decimated towns, took lives, flooded homes and businesses and as it descended back into the Gulf, it took with it lots of cherished memories and broken lives.
“Fortunately, for us, our shop received very little damage, but it took us a few weeks to be able to get to it because of all the flooding” stated CEO/president Charlie Holder, Sure-Shot Game Calls. “Sadly, all of us at the company lost our homes in the Vidor and Beaumont area, but in spite of this, we discovered how truly compassionate and giving people are when you are down on your luck. It brought tears to my eyes and a swell to my heart to see just how many neighbors, friends, and volunteers all came together to help each other. The experience touched me like nothing else ever has before and, in a way it turned this tragedy into something joyful for with it I learned first-hand how compassionate people really can be. I guess you could say, that all of our game calls work wet and apparently so do we.”
Not only is Sure-Shot back in production, but in a about a week they will unveil the next generation of their most popular Yentzen One Game Call, this one labeled The Yentzen One2. It is the next step in innovation and sure to be a winner. For more information on the Yentzen One2, please check out Facebook or Instagram on September 30th.
