XS Sights Enters 2017 With New Look, New Focus

XS Sights Enters 2017 With New Look, New Focus

XS® Sight Systems has announced several changes to bring in the New Year. On December 15th, XS® Sight Systems formally changed its name to XS Sights. Along with the name change, XS has released a new logo, website, product line name changes, and refined brand focus.

“Our focus over the past year has been to refine our messaging and our core values,” said Jon Pastusek, XS Sights CEO. “XS Sights was founded on a simple principle:  To create defensive sights that are easy to see in adrenaline-induced, low light situations. No one wants to get in an altercation, but if the situation arises, XS wants the good guy to be able to make a lethal shot as quickly as possible while keeping the sights on target. Responsibility of the bullet doesn’t end when it leaves the barrel; it ends when the bullet stops.”

In keeping the company’s roots in mind, all pistol sight names will be changed to DX™ (Defensive Express) with a W or T at the end of the abbreviation to differentiate between tritium front/white rear stripe sights and tritium front/tritium rear sights. The new naming structure is streamlined to make name recognition easier and provide a uniform base to differentiate new products in the future.
