I’ve been told that as far back as Vietnam there were Green Berets being trained in how to crack open safes, pick locks, and other methods of surreptitious entry. Today the emphasis on low-vis B&E and technical surveillance has only grown of course. I’ve known a few gurus but this was always something I wished that I had more training on.
