Navy SEAL Qualification Training | Weapons & Tactics

This is a great video produced by Naval Special Warfare that gives you a peek at the 3-month SQT course that BUD/S students go through upon graduation. SQT is where candidates earn their SEAL Trident, once they’re done they go to a team and hope to keep their Budweiser intact. I talk a little about this type of training in my book The Red Circle.
