NeoMag RASC

The NeoMag RASC (Revolver Ammunition Strip Concealment): A revolver revolution

It’s not often we see revolutions in the field of revolvers. Revolvers are revolvers, right? They work and work well. The revolver is still a very popular choice for concealed carry and revolver carriers have likely thought the market and technology for revolvers, has become stagnant. Well NeoMag, a company known for creating a concealed […]

The T2 Command Target from Modern Warrior

The T2 Command Target from Modern Warrior

Incorporating technology into training can be an invaluable means to increase your overall proficiency.  Modern Warrior has a new target known as the T2 Command Target. We previously reviewed the T1 target from Modern Warrior and their introduction of the T2 is another step forward. The T2 Command Target combines both the efficiency of a […]

Wicked Grips 1911 Magazine

Wicked Grips 1911 Magazine

In a previous Wicked Grips article, I thanked them. They introduced me to my old friend, the 1911. Because of this, I’m now buying a 10mm 1911. Wicked Grips has caused me to purchase even more 45 acp. Their 1911 Wicked Grips and 1911 magazine had me bringing my old friend to the range even more. The Wicked Grips […]

5.11 Tactical Defender Flex straight pants

5.11 Tactical Defender Flex straight pants

There is a time and a place for everything, including the clothes you are wearing. Sometimes you wear a Tuxedo, and sometimes it’s BDUs, and other times its a more casual approach. We often joke about the predictable mall ninja clad in range gear for going to the mall. A lot of us like the […]

The Pocket Pal From Smith's: Work smarter when sharpening your knives

The Pocket Pal From Smith’s: Work smarter when sharpening your knives

I hate sharpening knives. I don’t know why, but it irritates me, I just want it sharp without the work. This had led me to try out a variety of different means to sharpen knives and one of my favorites is my pull through sharpener I use for my kitchen knives. Unfortunately, it’s a bit […]

Zippo Typhoon Match Kit: Light it up

Zippo Typhoon Match Kit: Light it up

On the list or survival priorities, fire is one of the big ones. Fire helps with the other three, those being food, water, and protection from the elements. You can cook, boil water, and stay warm with a fire. When it comes to lighting a fire you need to have rock-solid means of lighting that […]

The Vickers Sling: An unmatched option

The Vickers Sling: An unmatched option

I hardly fanboy about gear and guns. I know what I like, and I don’t care who exactly makes it. One of the few things I do fanboy about is the Vickers Combat Application Sling by Blue Force Gear. You know those people who never shut up how the Wire and Breaking Bad are the […]

The Recover Over Rail: To hell with proprietary

The Recover Over Rail: To Hell with Proprietary

If there is one word I hate to hear more than any other it’s “proprietary,” at least when it comes to guns. Proprietary rails, magazines, etc are typically a real pain in the ass. Especially when an industry standard already exists. If you make a 5.56 semi-automatic, magazine fed rifle and it doesn’t use the […]

The Amend2 Glock magazine: A new contender

The Amend2 Glock Magazine: A New Contender

“Does It take Glock Mags?” Is about the most common phrase you’ll see after a new gun is introduced in a pistol caliber. Its gotten to the point where it’s just a stale meme. I might be sick of reading it in the comments but I get where they are coming from. The Glock series […]

The Party Pouch OWB by Warlord Applications

If you’re a Glock owner you’ve likely looked at one of the many extended magazines available on the market and wondered how do I carry this? Plenty of companies make extended Glock magazines, including Glock, ETS, Magpul, KCI, and more I’d probably missing. A normal mag pouch is cut a bit too short for most […]
