DoubleStar ARC 300 Tabletop Review ~VIDEO

DoubleStar ARC 300 tabletop Review ~VIDEO

DoubleStar caught our attention with their Midnight Dragon.  that rifle out of the box is easily one of the most accurate factory rifles I’ve ever encountered.  If you’re doubting what a factory rifle can do see our range trip HERE before making any decisions.  DoubleStar’s ARC 300 is a rifle of a different flavor.  The Always Ready Carbine is meant to be more of a fighting gun.  From initial handling it appears to be built with the same attention to detail that we experienced with the Midnight Dragon, but the components are a aimed more at a rifle you can patrol with.

One feature of immediate note is that the trigger and pistol grip are standard GI-style.  Why?  Well it just makes sense.  Those two components, along with the stock are the most-swapped items on an AR-15.  Most of us have our favorites.  If DoublStar were to put anything else on there it would increase the cost which would get passed on to you the consumer.  By keeping it simple they can keep the cost down and save you the cash needed to go buy the trigger and grip that you like.

With an MSRP of $1,370.99 this is far from a cheap rifle, but after our experience with other DoubleStar builds we’re betting the cost is in the intangibles such as build quality and component manufacturing.  take a look at the video and specs below and let us know your thoughts.
