M+M hits us with the M+M M10X DMR Model

Last year I got to meet up with the industry shaking M+M 10 rifle. The M+M 10 is a rifle that combines the best features of the AR, the Ak, and even a dash of FAL. At first glance, it’s easy to say it’s just another AK. Tyler, their head of marketing, will quickly tell you it’s #notanAK. Now, check out our post about the M+M 10X to learn a little bit more about the entire platform. Today we are looking at their newest gun in the game, the M10X DMR.

The M10X DMR

The M10X DMR comes complete with an 18.6-inch barrel, a DMR match grade trigger, and it’s completely optics ready. With solid ammunition, like Hornady loads, the gun can achieve 1 MOA. The M10X DMR is outfitted with a wide variety of features that is best said by M+M, so allow me to let them speak:

18.6″ DMR Barrel, featuring our advanced nitride and stress relief formula for increased durability, longevity and accuracy.
Magpul Zhukov-S side folding stock
Patented MRL (magazine release lever) Kit for higher compatibility with AK type magazines. (Also available as an individual kit)
5 rd Magazine for Canadian Market/ 30 rd Magazine for the US Market.
DMR free-flow gas tube design, for increased airflow and reduced harmonics.
DMR Lightweight Gas Block.
Mil-Spec Type III Corrosion resistant nitride process.
Magpul M-LOK compatible accessory slots.
DMR match grade safety selector switch.
DMR match grade trigger system.
RS-TK ambidextrous charging handle.

Oh Canada

So the bad news for us freedom loving Americans is that the first batch will be for the Canadian market. The M10X Dmr was determined to not be an AK 47. If you aren’t up to date on Canadian gun laws the AK 47 is banned by name. Since this is not an AK, its Canadian legal.

However, M+M assures me American audiences will be receiving the gun in time. Keeps your eyes out, guys. The New M10X DMR promises to bring you the same innovation you know and love from M+M. Their designs are intuitive, fascinating, and make use of some fascinating ideas and designs.
