Check out the prototype video of the transparent AR receiver from Tennessee Arms. The current lowers use a slightly different material, but it’s otherwise identical.
I am a guy who understands things best by seeing them. If I can visualize something, I can figure out how it works. To understand Eugene Stoner’s genius trigger design, I had to see it.
I love the Tennessee Arms Clear AR Lower Receiver, which they call the “Ghost Gun.” Not intended for duty use, this lower is made as a training tool and to model products. I bet they sell more than a few of them to regular shooters who like the way they look. You were warned.
Perfect as a visual aid to show trigger and internal function, the Ghost Gun receiver is made from a UV stabilized Nylon and is resistant to oil. Any quality parts kit can be installed but minor fitting might be required. During live fire, you can see exactly how the hammer, sear and disconnector work together.
This is a gun and requires a transfer by an FFL. Due to demand, delivery may take up to three weeks….
