I may not have military or law enforcement experience, but it’s hard not to feel like an “operator” in gear like this Rogue Gunfighter LVR lightweight armor carrier.
I haven’t had experience giving the LVR a workout, but as far as first impressions go, it left a positive one on me. It was comfortable, adjustable in shoulder strap length as well as torso fit, and customizeable. The MOLLE webbing and unique integrated cummerbund pouch give the wearer a lot of options for customizing the rig with pouches, mags, and other accessories. Without armor, the Rogue Gunfighter LVR weighs 3.2lbs, but with RG’s soft armor package, its weight is a manageable 6.5lbs. I’m sporting the Ranger Green option in the photo above, but it’s also offered in Coyote Tan or Black.
