These carbon fiber barrels are manufactured by Proof Research. They were lovely pieces of firearms machinery, but to a firearms enthusiast like myself, loaded mags are a pretty sight in and of themselves. I wish I could have grabbed a few and headed off to the range. Due to the lines at SHOT during Industry Day at the Range, I didn’t get the chance to shoot with these light little beauties, but, apparently (according to the Proof reps), they’re both durable and accurate. What has your experience been with carbon fiber barrels?
