Our triathlon coach and contributor just had one of his best results recently at the Austin Longhorn IRONMAN 70.3 triathlon. The race consisted of a 1.2 mile choppy open water swim, a 56 mile windy and hilly bike ride, and a challenging 13.1 mile run mixed with rough beat up concrete and grass.
