The Kydex insert helps to make them very solid and keeps the magazines snug and secure.
I have setup the two I have on my Eagle Industries War Belt and it works like a charm. The magazines are easily accessible and will stay in place even if you are crawling in the dirt. I DEFINITELY recommend them to everyone but specifically to the shooters who needs to quickly change their setup.
