USA Company Gladius Holsters has done a solid job creating a Vest Holster. Made to mount anywhere on your ballistic vest with the hook and loop covered holster. The Vest Holster Allows the weapon to be drawn upwards out of the holster or rocked out. The retention of the weapon is in the rigid material of the holster pushing against the front of the trigger guard and wrapping around it.
