Burner/Drop Phones: I get asked all the time about burner phones, drop phones and back up comms…. here’s a quick lesson. Best place to buy a phone is on your next vacation to another country. Pay cash. Most stores require an ID. Go to the next store until you find a store that doesn’t require an ID. Ensure it’s GSM. Ensure it’s not a smart phone. Purchase prepaid SIM cards via bitcoin. This process will provide anonymity until your first call to your mommy, in other words, don’t use the phone for anything personal or business. Remove the battery until you’re ready to use it.
