There’s no doubt that the USW (Universal Service Weapon)-A1 by Switzerland-based B&T AG got some attention when it was showcased at SHOT Show this year. Initially introduced in Europe last year, the company has made it available in the United States. via its American subsidiary, B&T USA.

Chambered in 9mm, the USW-A1 sports a 4.3-inch barrel, an integral spring-loaded folding stock and custom Aimpoint Nano red-dot sight with a fixed bridge mount for stability during cycling. It also comes with its own custom Level 3 polymer holster. Weighing in at 2.1 pounds and measuring 10 inches folded and 18.5 inches unfolded, this pistol carbine is capable of 1.6-inch groups at a range of approximately 27 yards.
