ITS Tactical Discreet Messenger Bag

March 20, 2017 by Loadout Room Guest Authors Leave a Comment

ITS Tactical Messenger Bag

The tactical world has come a long way with new developments that allow us to adapt to our everyday surroundings with the equipment we carry.  Not everyone works a 9-5 desk job and some people even prefer the outdoor mobile work environment over sitting at a desk all day.  When we are on the move, we tend to take less “stuff” with us because we all know how difficult carrying and keeping track of certain items can be.  Most of us have a variety of gear we carry and constantly change-up from time to time to fit our busy lifestyles.  From the second you walk out the door, basic items we depend on to get us through the day are carried either on our person or in some sort of bag.

Here’s where the Discreet Messenger Bag from ITS (Imminent Threat Solutions) comes into play.  This medium-sized over the shoulder style bag is low profile designed so that you can blend into any crowd and carry just about anything you need without giving away certain clues about what you’re carrying.  It is very modular allowing the user to change-up its contents from one day to the other, whether you have a business meeting where you are in need of your laptop computer or just need to carry around files to and from the office.  The Discreet Messenger bag has you covered and is a great way to manage multiple pieces of gear.

So starting from the outside of the bag, it’s made from a waxed canvas material that is naturally water-resistant keeping the contents dry if the bag were to get wet.  There is a pass through zipper allowing you to reach through the top flap portion and reach any item you need in a hurry, especially a concealed handgun.  The adjustable over the shoulder strap is can be lengthened or shortened for a variety of ways to carry.

Moving to the inside of the bag, the main interior pocket is loop lined so you can attach just about any accessory on the market that uses velcro. There are 4 expandable interior snap pockets that make swapping contents as easy as pull, swap and snap.  The contrasting interior colors also help you to find certain items in your bag when in a low light situation or when needed quickly.  ITS Tactical manufactures many EDC pouches that work alongside this bag to keep all your accessories nice and neat.

This bag is definitely worth the money.  I purchased one about a year ago when they first came out and I can’t say enough about it.  At first, I was going to keep this strictly in my vehicle as a ready bag, but since I personally carry a first aid kit, a SERE escape and evasion kit and many other items, this bag now goes wherever I go.
