Redesigned Franchi Affinity Line Brings New PerformanceFeatures to the Italian-Made Shotgun

The redesigned Franchi Affinity line of Inertia-Driven semi-auto shotguns includes the Affinity 3, available in both 12 and 20 gauge and chambered for 2-3/4 and 3-inch shells, as well as the Affinity 3.5, a 12-gauge shotgun chambered for shells up to 3-1/2 inches in length. Like all Franchi shotguns, both the new Affinity 3 and Affinity 3.5 come with a best-in-class 7-year warranty.

Franchi’s redesigned Affinity line comes with a host of new shooter-friendly features that make for easier operation, reduce felt recoil and make the shotgun mount, point and swing even better.

The addition of an oversized bolt handle and bolt-release button plus the enlarged loading port make the shotguns easier to operate with cold or gloved hands. The TSA recoil pad reduces felt recoil for shooters while allowing length-of-pull adjustments to give shooters a near-custom fit and feel. An included shim kit also allows for drop and cast adjustments for increased customization and a precision fit, while the ergonomic pistol grip and streamlined forend deliver balance and superior pointability.

Each configuration in the redesigned Franchi Affinity line features sling attachment points on the magazine cap and buttstock, ambidextrous safety, a ventilated and chrome-lined barrel, red-bar fiber-optic front sight and interchangeable chokes. All models also feature drilled and tapped receivers for the quick and easy mounting of optics and accessories.

Designed for serious waterfowl hunters and other sportsmen and women who prefer the option of a larger payload capacity for the game they pursue, the new Franchi Affinity 3.5 can accommodate 2-3/4, 3 and 3-1/2-inch shells, making it versatile enough for use at the sporting clays range or the pit blind. The Affinity 3.5 is available with 28-inch barrel in black synthetic, Realtree MAX-5 and Mossy Oak Bottomland or with a 26-inch barrel and Realtree MAX-5.

Available with A-Grade Satin Walnut stocks and black, anodized finishes, in addition to black synthetic and today’s most popular camo patterns from Realtree and Mossy Oak, the new Franchi Affinity 3 is available in 12 gauge with 28- and 26-inch barrels and in 20 gauge with a 26-inch barrel. Ideal for young shooters or shooters with smaller frames, the Affinity 3 Compact includes a set of four 1/4-inch spacers that allow the length of pull to be adjusted from 12-3/8 to 13-3/8 inches. Available in 12 gauge with a 26-inch barrel and 20 gauge with a 24- or 26-inch barrel, the Affinity 3 Compact can also be fitted with a full-size buttstock (sold separately) once shooters outgrow its compact dimensions.

Like all Franchi semi-auto shotguns, the Inertia-Driven action is at the heart of the redesigned Affinity line, delivering the most reliable semi-auto action available that requires fewer parts, less cleaning and less maintenance. Built to excel in the harshest hunting environments, when the new Affinity shotguns do require cleaning, the trigger group is easily accessed with the removal of a single pin while the recoil spring is housed in the magazine tube where it can be easily reached.
