TRACT Optics Introduces TORIC 12.5x50 Binocular

HUMMELSTOWN, Penn. – February 26, 2019 – TRACT Optics has announced the addition of the all-new TORIC 12.5×50 binocular to its growing line-up of high-end, feature-filled optics. With the release of the new TORIC 12.5×50, TRACT continues to build on its strong reputation for delivering quality optics directly to consumers, so that the needs of hunters, shooters and outdoor enthusiasts can be met to the fullest extent with the greatest possible value.

Featuring highly prized SCHOTT HT (high transmission) glass for superior image quality, the TORIC 12.5×50 binocular combines this proven level of optical clarity and color brilliance with an increased 12.5x magnification for improved long-range viewing. The combination of Fully Multicoated lenses and prisms, dielectric prism coatings and phase correction coatings ensures a higher level of light transmission over a larger part of the visible spectrum while the Flat Multicoating enhances the color brilliance and increases light transmission over a wide spectrum of light, especially in the green spectrum.

TRACT Optics Introduces TORIC 12.5x50 Binocular

“At TRACT, we always listen to our customers and it was based on their feedback that we’re now releasing the new TORIC 12.5×50 binocular,” said TRACT Co-Founder Jon LaCorte. “By adding a 12.5×50 model to our flagship TORIC binocular line, we can offer the benefits of the higher, 12.5x magnification with the excellent low-light performance of 50mm objective lenses.  Combined with world renowned SCHOTT HT glass, the TORIC delivers exceptional resolution, color brilliance and a better overall viewing experience – all of which are extremely important for the western hunter.”

Combined with standard features like a magnesium alloy body, Argon filled waterproof and fogproof construction and multistep eyecups with rounded edges, these enhancements deliver incredibly sharp and bright images. A locking diopter eliminates inadvertent movement of the diopter in the field. The large ocular diameter enhances the ability to see detail, while the ultra-high-definition ED glass and oil-phobic/scratch-proof/smudge-proof coating provides first-rate performance.

Each TORIC 12.5×50 ships with a Neoprene neck strap, eyepiece rain guard, tethered/removable objective lens covers and a micro fiber leaning cloth.

The TORIC binocular line also includes 8×42 and 10×42 models. Like all TRACT products, TORIC binoculars are protected by the TRACT TRUST Assurance Lifetime Warranty. The MSRP for the TORIC 12.5x50mm is $794.00.

More information about the new binocular or the complete TRACT lineup is available at www.tractoptics.com. The website offers users and optics enthusiasts a comprehensive educational resource with blogs, videos and social media connections.
