The Draw Shot: Hit First, Win Fast

The Draw Shot: Hit First, Win Fast

With new interest personal defense, I see a lot of people developing their own theories on what is important in shooting. Some theories are based on caliber being the deciding factor. Some people even think that just having a gun will act as a force field against violence.

Quality training is of the utmost importance if one decides to carry a gun. The training I feel rules over all others is the perfection of the draw shot. The draw of your pistol, in my opinion can make or break all other shots. A hit on the first round can many times determine whether the others will hit, simply because the first round will be the basis for followup shots.
