Rockwell Time Coliseum Fit watch in Kryptek Raid: Quick Look

Rockwell Time Coliseum Fit watch in Kryptek Raid: Quick Look

A while back I reviewed the Rockwell Coliseum watch for the Raider Project. The Coliseum line of watches are built to withstand rigorous use whether you’re deployed to and operating in less than ideal conditions, rucking, backpacking or any outdoor action sport for that matter.

Rockwell Time has since upgraded the Coliseum line of watches to now include their Fit technology. Check out what Rockwell has to say about this new feature.

“Now with Rockwell Fit Technology™, the Coliseum is designed to take gladiator-level use and abuse while tracking steps and calories burned.

The Coliseum is a durable multifunction digital timepiece featuring: dual time zone, chronograph (with 50-lap memory), countdown timer, 8 alarms, and live step-counter / activity tracker. The Coliseum boasts unmatched styling and comfort, complemented by our unique, stadium-style double bezel to help protect the lens from dings and scratches. The Coliseum also offers a CradleFit™ bracelet with a proprietary Prismatic Cell dorsal texture for ultimate comfort and performance.

The Coliseum is perfect for action sports, fitness training, or going out on the town. Available in a diverse array of colors and patterns. You simply can’t go wrong with the Coliseum.”

Rockwell Time Coliseum Fit watch in Kryptek Raid: Quick Look

Once the winter weather breaks here in Northeast Ohio I plan on testing the Fit technology on my trail runs. I’m curious to see what kind of accuracy it provides compared to my GPS watch. Although the Rockwell Coliseum does not contain a GPS, as long as you enter the data accurately and correctly, you should be pretty damn close. The following video will walk you through entering your data in order to use the Fit technology.

Specifications:

  • Case Size: 49mm
  • Band Width: CradleFit™ / Prismatic Cell 30mm tapering to 20 mm
  • Materials: ABS/PU
  • Lens Material: PMMA
  • Water Resistance: 10 ATM
  • Battery Type: Lithium
  • Dual Time / Chronograph with Lap/Split, Countdown Timer, 8 Alarms, Step Counter (activity tracker), Calories Burned
