What is your Self-Defense Protocol?

December 13, 2017 by Scott Witner 1 Comment

What is your Self-Defense Protocol?

What is your self-defense protocol when you leave your house? Are you prepared to react in low light or dark conditions? What do you carry on your person to aid in your defense? These are questions everyone should be asking themselves, especially with all the violence we’ve seen happen around the world. These personal defense tools and concepts can be used by anyone no matter your skill level.

Something as simple as a high lumen flashlight can be a lifesaver. Flashlights can be carried anywhere and everywhere. A flashlight alone is a force multiplier. Once you start to realize that everything around you can be used as a tool for your defense, you’ll be that much more prepared for any type of confrontation. Take a look at the following video as James Williams asks random people what their protocols are for personal defense. It’s no surprise to see that most have made no preparations for their personal safety when they leave the safety and comfort of their homes.

My favorite quote of the video; “A bad person should not see the knife until they are feeling it”
