There are many variations of this drill that are done all around the training community. If you aren’t familiar with the up drill, or my variation I’d take a moment to watch the following video. I also discuss increasing your reaction speed and then talk about a simple follow through drill to ensure that we aren’t training ourselves to fire one round then consider a threat ended.
