The overall design of every Wayfarer 247 knife that leaves their California shop is the same. But each has seen hand-finishing, and many arrive with their own touches like sculpted backspacers, finishes, and artful handle sculpting. “All the handwork allows us to keep the builds unique, offering something for everyone,” Olamic Co-Founder Eugene Solomonik tells us.
The 247 is a smaller version of the original Wayfarer model, sized to be comfortable to carry 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Even in a ‘mid tech’ market where high-end materials and impeccable fit and finish are taken for granted, Olamic stands out with their attention to detail. “Our customer support and ability to upgrade complete the package, putting the 247 in its own niche,” Solomonik says.
