Low impact workouts are the best means of building your strength and conditioning while you preserve your joints. I have been working out in some form or fashion since I was in middle school and between all those years of working out, football and military training, my joints are pretty tender. So, finding workouts that allows you to build strength while ensuring your joints survive is key. One method is to utilize your body weight and/or dumbbells to keep the weight low and controlled. Couple that with a multi-round and timed sets, you have the recipe to get an awesome workout.
The Body Weight/Dumbbell Weight Fusion Super Set is designed specifically to allow keep the weight in a comfortable range; however, allow yourself to challenge yourself at the same time. In most of the exercise you have the option just to use your own body weight as your negotiate the set. However, most may find that some weight, albeit light weight, may be just the thing they will need to push themselves. This workout will also have you do exercises that you may not be familiar with or used to; and that’s the point! By changing things up in your workout routine, you are going to build strength in areas that may have been neglected by conventional exercises.
