The workout of the week is another High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. It is called The 300 Workout; however, this will not get you spray on six pack but will get you closer to a real set of abs.
This workout is an intense workout that will primarily focus on your arms, chest, shoulders and upper back but will also incorporate a full body workout at the same time. The other aspect that I love about this workout, and all of the HIIT workouts, is that it is scalable to your abilities.
There are 5 exercises and you have the option of doing 6 rounds of 10 reps of each exercise or you can do 4 rounds of 15 reps of each exercise. Your goal is to complete this workout in 30 minutes or less. Look to schedule this workout one day of a week and spread it out over four weeks.
Each time you attempt this workout try to beat your previous best. Challenge yourself each and every single time to be better and get further. I hope you enjoy the workout!
