Cobalt Kinetics, manufacturer of premium performance and precision engineered rifles, today officially opens their custom shop, Khaos Kinetics.
Cobalt has historically endeavored to maintain a standard catalog line-up of different trim, kit and colors on their rifles. In response to heavy demand (from almost every Cobalt dealer in America), Cobalt has complied with the requests of their retail partners. By way of some internal restructuring, Khaos Kinetics has been born. The custom shop has been rightfully called Khaos- as these custom offerings are bound by no semblance of order or structure. These unique rifles are off limits to the market-research and accounting departments. That’s quite an exciting premise. Before your imagination runs amok, know that the Khaos team does abide by one rule; that the weapons created must be based on Current Cobalt kinetics receivers or must incorporate some of Cobalt’s unique tech.
Khaos Kinetics promises to release several uniquely crafted and finished weapons of their own designs each month. They will also take on any idea or project put forth by their network of dealers as well as the consumer or end-user. The possibilities are only limited by the imaginations of the men directly involved in Khaos Kinetics. This shop will rapidly become the place to go when only the best will do; and if you or your customer require a piece of unique, no-compromise, next level weaponry.
Skylar Stewart, Vice President of Cobalt Kinetics alludes that the presence of an internal custom shop has always been part of Cobalt’s original plan. “We have been trying to get it off the ground for two years now, but we’ve just been too busy to divert the resources and man-power away from our normal production schedule. We saw this current market slow-down as an opportunity- so we capitalized on the  reduced volume demand we’ve all been experiencing and just made it happen. Khaos seemed to fall in place at  just the right time. We just finished relocation of our company to a single, larger facility, and we’ve just rolled out our product accessory line. So we have the internal capacity and diverse inventory to hit this hard. We predict that many customers will request unique combinations of our parts. Also, custom Cerakote has become kind of a friendly competition among gun makers- where we as manufacturers can really show our stuff. It’s a great avenue for creating demand and interest. We have big plans and the talent to back them up. We’re going to set ourselves apart with this thing.”
Currently, these custom guns can be seen on the Cobalt’s regular web feeds or on the Khaos tab on their website. Custom orders and requests should be directed to an authorized Cobalt Kinetics dealer or Cobalt’s main office. From there, you’ll be put in direct contact with the Khaos team.
