Drill Focus: Improve Speed
Drill Level: Intermediate
Drill Comments: The goal is the same as last week – maintain the position of the gun without letting the trigger pull move the firearm. If you keep the gun still, you’ll hit what you’re shooting at. The added element this time? Learn to avoid misses when adding the speed factor – try the exercise out at one second and, if you’re up to it, a quarter-second.
