Carrying in todays age of extremes demands more than just having a gun on your hip, practicing only with live rounds once a year and being able to shoot a gnat at a hundred miles at a static range.
Today, we are challenged by extreme violence, but in a shifting form of public shootings and indiscriminant victimization with lethal intent. We must be trained, well versed in our role as responsible civilians legally allowed to defend ourselves with a firearm, and ready for what lies ahead.
