Franklin Armory has announced a “non-NFA’ AR look alike with an 11.5” barrel and a stock. They are being very coy about their workaround and will not talk about it until SHOT. We believe that it is a .410 smooth bore with a fixed stock. There are only so many ways you can innovate under the National Firearms Act restrictions.

According to Franklin Armory, they already received approval as a non-rifle from the Chief of the Firearms Technology Division, Reformation® will be shipping without any NFA paperwork required.
We applaud Franklin Armory’s push back against non-sensical federal laws and look forward to the Reformation® line of patent pending firearms.
