The workout of the week is another High Intensity Interval Training workouts that focus on strength training while also getting you to think at the same time. I have found that a typical workout can get rather boring so this workout looks to mix up a list of eight exercises into eight rounds of varying combinations. It may sound confusing; however, the way I see it, you can workout your mind as you workout your body.
This workout will take 30 minutes to complete; however, if this is your first time of doing this type of workout, do not expect to complete all eight rounds. Look to schedule this workout one day of a week and spread it out over four weeks. Each time you attempt this workout try to beat your previous best. Challenge yourself each and every single time to be better and get further. I hope you enjoy the workout!
