Sh!t Kit field toilet kit: Don’t get caught with your pants down

Sh!t Kit field toilet kit: Don’t get caught with your pants down

When I originally saw this product I had to laugh. Out of all the products we’ve reviewed on the Loadout Room, how was I going to make this fit into our demographic? My initial gut reaction was that this was one of those gimmicky products that had no real practicality. After I had received a few samples in the mail my tune changed a bit.

Let me start off with a real story that could have benefited from the Sh!t Kit.

A few years back I was out on a longer than normal day hike with a friend of mine. About halfway through the hike, they had the sudden urge to use the restroom. Well, being that we were halfway into our hike we were nowhere close to any facilities. Just us and the woods around us. Not being able to hold it, they went off the trail behind a tree and did their business. A few minutes later they were calling my name asking if I had any toilet paper…..ah no! I’m like a damn camel and rarely ever have to ‘go’ when I’m out on a long hike. In this instant, we had to improvise. I ended up cutting off a small portion of my t-shirt for them to use. Not the best case scenario, but better than using leaves.

Needless to say, the Sh!t Kit would have come in very handy that day…lol

Moving onto more of a preparedness mindset, the Sh!t Kit would make a great addition to any go bag. Depending on how far you have to go in order to make it home or to a safe location, you or someone you’re with may have to use the restroom. This field toilet kit allows you to handle those times when you’re on the move.

What’s included in the kit:

  • Toilet paper
  • Wet wipes
  • Disposal bag (to leave zero trace)
  • Hand sanitizer

Single kits are only $2.50 or you can get a pack of 20 for $50. Made in the USA and Veteran owned.

From the Potty Packs website:

This outdoor toilet pack includes everything but the toilet. Included are 4 feet of two-ply toilet tissue and wet wipes. The wet wipes are made with Vitamin E and Aloe. Follow up by cleaning your hands with the sanitizer lotion and hand wipes. The disposal bag can be used to not to leave any trace behind.

Get your Sh!t Kit today and be prepared for when nature calls!
