I decided to make the 6-hour drive to upper Michigan to hang with Loadout Room writer, Erik Meisner. The purpose of the trip was to put together some short 1-minute sizzle reels, to give you guys a quick snapshot of what we’re all about. After arriving at Erik’s house, we quickly began preparations for the range and headed out to throw some lead downrange. Both Erik and I served during the same era and are now a little slower and have some gray hair, but we can still hold our own when it comes to weapons, shooting and adventure. This first sizzle reel covers our day at a private range shooting some steel and popping smoke. These are the shenanigans that ensue when a former Marine and Army Ranger link up.
