Paul Duncan Is an 11 year Veteran of the US Army. Paul got involved in endurance sports in 2005 by joining the National Guard marathon team. After getting burnt out on training for marathons, he bought a bike and signed up for a sprint triathlon where he was one of the last people to finish. After years of determination, he has moved his way up through the amateur ranks and now races at a higher level each year. He has completed every distance of triathlon and hopes to earn his professional license in 2016. Paul now devotes all his energy into training and coaching.
