If you are have a company logo or just a clever idea, Tuff can turn your vision into a
As of today, Tuff Products has done over one hundred thousand patches. If you have ever been to SHOT show, you have seen their work across the firearms industry.
The costs depend on several factors. It all starts with the design. If you need TOTAL artwork done, Tuff knows some amazing Graphic Artists. If you have art and need minor changes, check with Tuff, they will work with you.
Once you have a design, Tuff provides an estimate. The variables determine the price:
- Min Run 100 pieces ( prices drop drastically at 500,1000+ pieces)
- VECTOR Artwork ( .ai, .eps, .pdf preferred)
- Need Size requirements or Shape
- Specific Pantones if specific Colors are required.
- a Personalized Quote usually takes 24 hours ( I can “guesstimate” if you need something asap- but the price can vary a few cents when the actual quote is done)
- $100 Mold Fee ( you can re order within 365 days– and NOT need to pay the mold fee as long as the Mold does not change. Colors can change)
- About 5-7 Days to get the Photo Proof
- about 3-4 weeks from approval to get them delivered.
- (DURING Nov, Dec due to Shot Show orders- this can take up to 5 weeks! Please plan Early!)
We have attached some of their “coolest” fun patches from past few months. Some are proprietary, some are available on the Tuff website.
Tuff did the official Arms Guide patches. They used our art, tweaked the colors and sent a picture. One month later I got patches in the mail. If you see me at SHOT, I will happily give you one.
Tuff work with you to make this a painless and amazing experience and will give you help along the way as needed. Ready to order your own custom patches? Write out your wishes and send them to [email protected] Please put patches in the subject line.
