The M16 has been a standard issue military rifle for the United States since 1962, although before Colt’s contract with the US military, they bought the design from Armalite (AR stands for “Armalite Rifle”) in 1959. Since then, it has spawned hundreds of variants and has become a favorite design of civilians across the US. Recently, I enjoyed burning up some hard-sought 5.56 ammo through the suppressed full auto AR-15 from Wisconsin Tactical. Hope you enjoy my “reloaded” spin on a “reloaded” version of the M16.
