Below is a video from Demolition Ranch showing the new suppressed .45 caliber Texan from AirForce. Because this is an air rifle, it’s not considered a firearm by the BATFE. And since it’s not considered a firearm, that integrated suppressor isn’t really a suppressor either. A loophole indeed considering the velocity of the projectiles exiting the barrel as well as the accuracy and range. This looks like a perfect option for rodent control around a farm or ranch. Inexpensive ammunition and very little noise to alert the neighbors. I may have to look into the Texan on airgundepot.com and do a review myself.
